Return and Refund Policy
At AREZ — Aura Brasileira, we want every piece to be one you
truly wear and love. If you are not completely satisfied with
your order, you'll find everything you need to know about returns
below.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you received your order to return
an item or cancel the purchase — without giving a reason.
Return Conditions
For us to accept your return, the item must be:
- unworn and unused
- returned in its complete original packaging, including jewellery
pouch, care card and any gift cards
- free from damage, scratches or visible signs of wear
- accompanied by your order confirmation or order number
For hygiene reasons, earrings (studs, drops, hoops) cannot be
returned or exchanged once the original packaging has been opened,
unless the item is faulty.
How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@arez.ch with:
- Your order number
- The name of the item you'd like to return
- The reason for the return
We will confirm your return within 1–2 business days and send you
the exact return address and full instructions.
Please do not send any package back without first contacting us —
unrequested returns cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We
recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be
held responsible for parcels lost on the way back to us.
If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly shipped, we will
of course cover the full return shipping cost.
No Restocking Fee
We do not charge any handling or restocking fee.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will issue
a full refund to your original payment method (credit card,
TWINT, PayPal or Klarna) within 10 business days.
If you paid with Klarna Invoice (Pay Later), Klarna will
automatically issue you an updated invoice.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is
faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within
7 days at hello@arez.ch — ideally with a photo. We will resolve
the matter as quickly as possible.
No Final Sale
At AREZ there are no final sale items — all regular items can be
returned under the conditions above.
Personalised or engraved pieces cannot be returned.
EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Customers with a delivery address inside the European Union have
the right under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU to cancel
the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal must be communicated through a clear declaration
(e.g. email to hello@arez.ch). The 14-day period begins on the
day you or a third party named by you takes possession of the
item.
